I ran Windows troubleshooting, it said SanDisk Secure Access was an incompatible application. When I click on the SanDisk 'Vault ', it says it is already open, but I do not know where it is located. Click OK and remember to continue using your PrivateAccess vault on your desktop. I cannot see the the Sandisk Secure Access Vault or the window into which files are supposed to be put into the vault.Click Next once the vault has been successfully upgraded Open the iXpand Drive app and SecureAccess Vault will automatically upgrade to PrivateAccess Vault.Now, select the Tool tab and click on Rebuild button to recover SanDisk USB drive. Select Removable Disk option and right-click on it and select Properties. If the system still warns with unrecognized error, go to Step 2. In order to to recover SanDisk flash drive, insert flash drive into your computer and go to My Computer. Change USB port and reconnect SanDisk Cruzer on PC.
